OEMR’s Wildfire Resilience Investment Program (WRIP) invests in projects so Idaho’s electric utilities can monitor, mitigate, and mobilize against disruptive wildfires. WRIP was launched in September 2025. In November 2025, OEMR awarded eight projects that are set to begin early 2026.
