Building on the state’s historic role in nuclear innovation – home to the first U.S. city powered by nuclear energy and decades of pioneering research at Idaho National Laboratory (INL) – this framework identifies the opportunities, challenges, and coordinated actions necessary to meet Idaho’s growing energy needs while enhancing economic competitiveness.
